This unique design (Acorn Deck Home) flows effortlessly with skylights, vaulted ceilings, and glass doors to the deck overlooking the water.
Set on a private 1.83-acre lot makes you feel like you are in the middle of a nature reserve with shell-strewn paths, mature plantings and pond seating areas.
Great place for bird watchers all year round. In summer the Great Blue Heron stalks fish in the shallows.

Bedrooms are set up to make it easy for 2 families to travel together.
Downstairs, host one adult full-size trundle bed and the other bedroom with a queen bed with a twin trundle. A travel crib is available on request
Lower Level
The Lowermost level - basement with a walk-out with pond views has a game room or play area for the kids and smart TV.
It is a perfect space to relax after a beach day!
If you are looking for an enjoyable game to relax after a beach day or rainy day, Cape Cod Villa has a bumper pool (like a smaller version of pocket billiards) with 8 pool balls, 2 cues, and 12 bumpers. Its goal is to sink the pool balls that you get into your pocket before the opponent does.
